What DealerCast is

DealerCast is software for equipment dealers. It shows your photos, videos, slides and offers on the TVs in your showroom, and runs a showroom kiosk on a tablet where shoppers can ask for details. These terms apply to everyone who uses DealerCast, including the people at a dealership who sign in to manage it.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 and able to agree to these terms for your business.
• Keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for the people you invite to your dealership.
• Give us accurate information and keep it up to date.

Plans, trials and billing

• Paid plans are billed monthly, in advance, through our payment provider. Prices are shown on the pricing page before you subscribe.
• A free trial, when offered, ends on the date shown in your account. If you add a payment method, your plan starts when the trial ends unless you cancel first.
• You can cancel at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not refund partial months unless the law requires it.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. The new price applies from your next billing period after that.

Your content

You own the photos, videos, logos and text you put into DealerCast. You give us permission to store, copy and display that content only so we can run the service for you, for example to show it on your TVs and kiosk.

You must have the right to use everything you upload. Manufacturer photos, logos and product descriptions provided inside DealerCast are for use by authorized dealers of that manufacturer, under the manufacturer's own rules. Brand names and logos belong to their owners; showing them does not mean the manufacturer endorses DealerCast.

Leads from your kiosk

When a shopper fills in the form on your showroom kiosk, that information is collected for your dealership. You decide how it is used, you must have a lawful reason to contact the shopper, and you must honor requests to stop. We store and process kiosk leads only on your behalf.

Writing help

The Ideas helper suggests slide text using an AI service. Suggestions can be wrong. Check prices, offers and product claims before you put them on a screen; you are responsible for what your screens show.

Fair use

• Don't use DealerCast to show anything unlawful, misleading, hateful or that you don't have the rights to.
• Don't try to break into, overload, copy or resell the service, or get around its limits.
• Don't use another dealership's account or screens without permission.

Availability

We work to keep DealerCast running, but it depends on the internet, your network and other providers, so we can't promise it will never be interrupted.

Ending your account

You can delete your dealership or account in its settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or doesn't pay, and we will tell you when we reasonably can. After an account is closed we delete its content within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep records.

Responsibility

DealerCast is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost sales, lost profits or indirect damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it arose.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use DealerCast after that means you accept the new terms.
